Just-a-View is a project I did in my spare time - a JavaScript-based photo album viewer. It supports a number of nifty features, such as permalinking, slideshows, and precaching. It’s lightweight, fast, and free.

And convenient, too. Just-a-View is packaged as a Picasa web template, so your computer can do all the grunt work for you. Sounds like a good deal to me.
